elevator should have been working for guest convenience and rooms should be renovated.

The room was fine. The first room had a window into an alley. No window in 2nd room. But this is not a problem, it is common in India in Delhi.

They have a restaurant and I ordered food that came on a tray with cockroaches. I killed 3 and 2 escaped. So they moved my room. But they tried to charge me for half the meal! I had to ask for hot water for a shower. Which I got 15min of hot water, and I'm thankful. Many places don't have hot water. The next day I asked, and I didn't get it. They acted like I didn't know how to turn on the shower. Also, I asked for coffee for my room. I waited 25min and went to the front desk, and asked why I didn't get it.......This hotel is like a short stay over hotel. But I won't go back.

Breakfast is truly bad and shouldn’t be attempted

Bad Breakfast, not so clean, lift doesn’t properly go till the third floor, no parking, staff can be better trained.

The area was close to attractions, staff was nice, good size room, free wi-fi, hot water available almost all the time. It was quite cheap.

LAX attitude towards cleaning, bed sheets & pillow covering were immaculate, but that's about it. Needs refurbishment and a coat of paint, lack of attention to detail with the cleaning, approx 1* EU equivalent. Smelly, the windows couldn't open and you can smell it. That's OK, you're getting used to it lol Hot water was good for a few days, but not the last 2 days, when weather went bellow 10-11°. Breakfast, although available till 10, would be finished by 9.45 a few times. Quite cold inside, AC wasn't working, no other means of heating the room.

Staff very helpful, good location for my needs

The beeps of the cars from the road situated just infront of the hotel. To have hot water you have to inform the reception so he can switch on the boiler

It is value for money. The a la carte menu is good food. Overall it is reasonable value for money. Staff are mostly accommodative.

Over the last 7 years, the quality has dropped in the small/ little things, which in this service industry are crucial. For e.g. i asked for bill at a particular time 2 hours in advance and yet it was delayed/ wasn't ready. E.g. they have a tag that talks about saving water but dont fix the shower and taps - so water runs in both when you turn on thr shower. And this mindset of saving water doesn't seem to be something that trickles down across staff. Also, this time i really felt you need to improve the quality of the doors. They are so thin i can hear what is happening inside the opposite room let alone all the shouting in the corridors.

1. Light & ventilation - It would be good to have rooms with some window/ natural light. It is too stuffy to sleep and wake up in the same 2. Noise- the doors could be made soundproof - the constant noise outside was disturbing - particularly some sort of beeping all the time!
